About The Role:
We are looking for a Mid-Level Software Engineer with expertise in PHP (Laravel) and modern front-end frameworks like React. In this role, you will contribute to building scalable applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting technical leadership in delivering high-quality solutions.
What you will do:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP (Laravel) and React.
- Write clean, efficient, testable, and secure code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot and solve technical challenges using analytical and creative approaches.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver features within project timelines.
- Support technical leadership in planning, prioritisation, and task execution.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience in developing business applications.
- Practical experience with PHP (Laravel framework) and React.
- Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.).
- Proficiency in core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with other JS frameworks/libraries (Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.
- Exposure to NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB) is a plus.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and software design principles.
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
